The construction company was founded in 1993. The activity of this company has been mainly construction and projections of constructive works, buildings of any kind: hotels, apartments, streets, schools, medical center and different antennas etc.

A bar of 3 floors in Ballsh 5. A hotel of 3 floors in Durres 6. A building of 9 floors in Fier 7. A 2’380 m2 mixed building of 7 floors, first floor shops and 6 floors residential in Vlora in 2006. 8. A 10’115 m2 residential building of 6 floors and underground level in Vlora in 2006
